Make a Credit Card Payment

IMPORTANT NOTICES TO CLIENTS

BANKRUPTCY CLIENTS

Bankruptcy clients MAY NOT use a credit card to make a payment unless:
  • Someone is making a payment on your behalf; or
  • The card is a "check" card issued by your bank that bears the Visa or Mastercard logo on the front.

If you use a credit card to make a payment to us and it is not a check card, or someone did not make the payment on your behalf; the money will be returned to you, and it will delay your filing by up to six months.

HOURLY LITIGATION CLIENTS

Please pay the full amount of your invoice without deducting the amount of your early payment discount (if any). Due to the processing fee that we pay on credit card transactions, your early payment discount will be reduced to 2% and will be credited to your next months invoice.

CHECK CARDS

  • We can accept payments from a check card only if it bears the Visa or Mastercard Logo on the front and you can use the card in any location that accepts credit cards.
  • The amount of your payment cannot exceed your maximum daily transaction amount as established by your bank. If your payment exceeds this amount, your transaction will not go through.
