In order to better serve you, we have developed this web page to assist you in the preparation of your bankruptcy petition. Simply follow the steps below.

Step 1: Return Fee Agreement

1. Click on the proper link below to print your bankruptcy intake package which includes your Fee Agreement Instructions and and Credit Report Order Form.

2. Print the forms and follow the instructions carefully.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH ANY FURTHER STEPS UNLESS YOU HAVE MAILED US YOUR RETAINER AND A SIGNED FEE AGREEMENT


Step 2: Complete Bankruptcy Questionnaire

Print out the Questionnaire and Mail it back to us.

Step 3: Send Us Supporting Documents

Pursuant to the bankruptcy code, we are required to obtain certain documents from you in order to prepare your bankruptcy petition.

Please do not send us original documents as they will not be returned.


 

Step 4: Wait for Instructions from your Attorney

Once you have completed all of the above steps, your attorney will prepare your bankruptcy petition. If we have any questions, you will be contacted by your attorney. In a few days, you will receive your draft petition. Review it carefully and follow the instructions that are provided.
