The Massachusetts Commercial Real Estate Lawyers at Grantham | Cencarik help clients in Boston, Cambridge, and Eastern Massachusetts

Our Massachusetts real estate attorneys assist clients in commercial real estate transactions, commercial leases, buying and selling commercial property in Massachusetts. Our Lawyers also assist clients with commercial real estate transactions, mortgage closings and refinancing. We also assist Massachusetts property owners with converting multi-family homes into condominiums.

Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Commercial real estate transactions are wrought with complications. Much more complicated than a residential transactions, you need an experienced real estate lawyer who has an eye for detail. Therefore, if you are buying or selling commercial real estate, our commercial real estate attorneys can help with your transaction. We assist investors and businesses purchases of investment property, leases and subdivisions of property.

Massachusetts Condominium Conversion

If you own, or plan on building, a multi-family dwelling and sub-dividing it into condominium units, you are going to need the assistance of an experienced real estate attorney. The Massachusetts condominium conversion process is complicated and requires the combined efforts of a real estate attorney, an engineer, and an architect. Our commercial real estate attorneys will prepare all the documents required in Massachusetts to establish a condominium, including a Master Deed, Declaration of Trust and Bylaws (collectively know as "condominium documents"). The condominium is legally formed once the condominium documents are filed with the registry of deeds.

After the condominium is formed, our representation does not end. Our lawyers will then represent you in sale of each of the units, assisting in the preparation and negotiation of the Purchase and Sales Contract and representation at the closing.

Commercial Leases

Our Massachusetts real estate lawyers represent both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of Massachusetts commercial leases. Whether you own or are attempting to acquire light industrial, retail or office space, Grantham | Cencarik, P.C. can help. Through an association with Realty Ventures of Boston, we can help find a perfect match between landlords and tenants. Once a tenant and landlord are paired, we will help draft and negotiate a lease between the parties.
