Grantham | Cencarik, PC is a full service law firm located in the Leachmere area of Cambridge, Massachusetts. Formed in August 2008, Grantham | Cencarik P.C. started serving clients in September 2008. Grantham | Cencarik, PC was formed by Attorney Dax B. Grantham and Attorney Stefen E. Cencarik to better serve the interest of clients in the areas of Bankruptcy, business law, real estate law and complex litigation.

Dax B. Grantham

Attorney Dax Grantham is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He received his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law where he was an editor on the New England Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Grantham received bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Management from the University of South Alabama.

After law school Mr. Grantham joined a private practice law firm in Boston specializing in Litigation and Bankruptcy. While working as a litigator, Mr. Grantham was exposed to, and took an interest in real estate law. In 2003, Attorney Grantham formed Grantham & Associates, a solo practice law firm that specialized in the areas of Consumer Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Estate Planning. Attorney Grantham closed Grantham & Associates in August 2008 to form a new law firm with Attorney Stefan Cencarik. Attorney Grantham is currently the managing partner of Grantham Cencarik, P. C. and specializes in the areas of real estate litigation, bankruptcy, and complex business litigation.

Mr. Grantham is an active member in the, Massachusetts Bar Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bankruptcy Institute and American Association of Trial Attorneys.

Stefan E. Cencarik

Stefan E. Cencarik is a founding partner of Grantham | Cencarik, PC who primarily focuses on Litigation, Bankruptcy and Business Collections.

Stefan is a top graduate, cum laude, from New England School of Law. Here, he served as a Comment and Note Editor for The New England Law Review and received numerous distinctions for academic excellence. Prior to law school, Stefan graduated, cum laude, from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. While attending BU, he partook in the school's London Internship Program where he clerked at Dawson Cornwell and Company, a prestigious family and real estate law firm based in London, United Kingdom. Stefan's work experience also spans the high-technology sector in Boston where he worked in a marketing and public relations capacity.

After law school, Stefan was an associate attorney with a Boston law firm and in 2008 founded Grantham | Cencarik, PC with Attorney Grantham.

Mr. Cencarik is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and is an active alumnus at New England School of Law and Boston University.
